We are pleased to welcome you to Bed And Breakfast Il Falco. We invite you to read our inside rules.
The conduct to be observed in the B&B is not only that enshrined in the law, but above that dictated by common sense and mutual respect.
Reservation requests can be made by phone or email. You will receive from us confirmation of your reservation, accompanied by all the information
about the B&B and payment method for sending the amount of 30% of the total stay. The balance will be paid in cash upon
arrival at the B&B, first to take the keys of the room. In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.
The customers are invited upon arrival to show a valid id document to the registration provided for by law.
Our Bed and Breakfast is a family run business, so there is no reception service available at all hours of the day. So each customer is invited
to communicate by telephone the time of arrival, at least 24 hours before arrival. Go to the structure without having notified about the arrival time can cause expectations. This problem can not be a reason for complaints or claims for reimbursement.
It is not allowed guests to let access other people inside the B&B at any time for public security reasons.
The rooms are available at 12. During the stay and on the day of departure rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am to allow daily cleaning and final cleaning.
Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 10:00 in the breakfast room. Outside of that time is forbidden to eat in the breakfast room, while in the rooms is
always forbidden introduce meals.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke within the premises.
Pets are welcome provided they are constantly supervised by the owners. It is forbidden to leave pets unattended in the building.
According to the regulation of the B&B and rules of the Municipal Police it is required to observe silence during the hours between 14:00 and 16:00 and between 22:00 and 08:00.
Guests at the B&B can enjoy the indoor pool and the sports ground from 10:30 to 12:30 and from 16:00 to 19:00. For access to the pool is required to wear a headset (available on request at cost of € 5.00). It is forbidden any behavior contrary to the hygiene rules.
Remember that in this pool does not have a lifeguard.
